La traducción al Español de la coma en esta sentencia es incorrecta. La coma en los números en Inglés se corresponde con nuestro punto y viceversa. Los anglosajones emplean la coma donde nosotros empleamos el punto y su punto es para los decimales, lo mismo que nuestra coma.
Debe ser modificada ya que si no estaría indicando que se han derramado 400 barriles y no 400 mil barriles.
