OH I see CK. So the meaning of the sentence is "We are keeping in touch", where I first thought it was supposed to mean "Let's keep in touch." Here's a Google challenge. Try and find one example of "We keep in touch", where that is the whole sentence.

By far the more common sentence would probably be, "We try to keep in touch."
I can easily imagine it being just one sentence, though:
Jack: Hey, Tom! I heard you and Mary broke up. How are things going?
Tom: Oh, okay, I guess. We keep in touch. It's hard, though, since she's already dating someone else.
Now I'm going to google it. I'm curious. :)
Edit: I found nothing but some bad sales copy... I looked pretty hard, too.
