哪一个ne是用于否定的呢？“en mesure”是什么意思啊？

@sacredceltic, il y a deux "ne" :)

@Claret 其实他写错了，他每天加那么多句子所以很正常:)
其实不是"en mesure" 可是 "être en mesure de" , 意思和"être capable de" 差不多，可是正式多了，这句句子可能是一封邮件被销售服务写的，有可能一个客户写了一封邮件问他们可不可以把产品的价格减少一点。
（我希望我的解释没有很多错误^^)
