Is there a difference in Turkish between "like" and "love"?
In case you would like to say that
"I love her very much", would you use the present progressive:

Onu çok seviyorum.

or does "severim" also mean "to love" (in Turkish present simple).

In Turkish:
"like" means "hoşlanmak"
"love" means "sevmek, aşık olmak"
But as you know, in English they both mean "sevmek". Love is stronger than like.
We use present continuous instead of different tenses in Turkish:
1- Present simple: I love her very much: Normally we should say "Onu çok severim" but we can also say "Onu çok seviyorum"
2- Future simple: I am going to the cinema tomorrow: Yarın sinemaya gidiyorum.
3-Present perfect tense: I have lived in Adana for 20 years: 20 yıldır Adana'da yaşıyorum. Take care.

I'm living in Adana for 20 years.

Yes. As you know, verbs of sense don't take -ing in present continuous tense. If I say: I am loving Mary, as if it means I am loving her now. In fact, no grammar any more, everbody speaks street English without rule. Bye.
