Note that the Spanish sentence uses the imperative here ('dude' instead of 'dudo').
In English this translates into something like: "Don't doubt the effectiveness of this medicine."
How would you say that in Russian?

In this case Не сомневайтесь в эффективности этого лекарства.
Though this sentence looks unnatural with the imperative, no native Russian would normally say it like that.
