「分かってる」というのは「（君に言われなくても）分かってる」ということですが、"Got it!" "I understand." "I got it." は、「（君に言われて）分かった」という意味ではありませんか？

一般的にはそういうニュアンスで訳されることが多いとは思うのですが、状況によっては使われることもあるのではないかと思います。
例えば、相手が何も言ってなくても（それまでの経緯等で）相手の状況を察して「(君が言わなくても）分ってる」と使えるんじゃないかな。
