The German sentence is perfect. This is how the people would say it.
I didn´t see the Spanish sentence but as a translation from German, I would just say "¿Qué? Es que no te oigo." (this happens quite offen on the telephone).

(I'm writing it from my memory, I believe I wrote it properly in Spanish, please correct me if I didn't).

I think I wrote "no oigo lo que dices" but anyway, enteka's option is much better and much more natural :P
