It looks to me like the Japanese sentence is in the past tense.
However, the Italian and Esperanto are in the present tense. "Decides" should be changed to one of these:
- is deciding whether
- has decided
- decided
and sentences should be unlinked as necessary.
I edited it to match the Japanese, and left comments on the other 2 linked sentences.
