I have a question about this. In dictionary there are two similar common verbs støtte (main meaning - to support) and støte (to bump into smb.). If we need second one, it has past tense form: støtte. The form you gave is like it is for støtte (to support).
I now read what I have written, it is really confusing... Simply, does it need to be:
støttet -> støtte ?
Wow, you're really thorough!
When I think about it, "støtte" seems more reasonable here. Out of the languages I know, Norwegian is the one I'm still the weakest at (so much for the mother language principle.)
Just trying to learn the language :)
Thank you.
