One of the English translations seems not to match:
Tom knows what he's doing. (#2821477)
Tom knows what you did. (#3094227)

I believe it can mean both (and more) because the participial form “yaptığını” can be used for both the second and third persons singular and both the present and past tenses. It could be made less ambiguous by adding “senin/sizin” for “you” or “onun” for “he/she”. Someone may correct me if I’m wrong.
