Both are correct.
engleza - last vowel is definite article - ('the English') - used for getting a specific information ()
engleză - used for getting a general information
But in daily life both of them can be used without noticing any difference between them. Nobody will correct you.
Tags ought to be generic, so you shouldn't specify "engleza" in the tag. Since last vowel definite articles are a common feature in Romanian, you can use "last vowel definite article" as the tag.
