Vielleicht so: Das Wetter war diese Woche mal so, mal so.
Oder eher: Diese Woche war das Wetter sehr wechselhaft.

(Keineswegs wollte ich den französischen Satz kritisieren. Ich finde es schade, dass die interessante Redewendung jetzt verschwunden ist.)
