Thanks!

You're welcome! :-)

Thank you very much! 👍

Пожалуйста! :-)

Hello everyone! I am very happy to contribute to the development of this site. And I am also very happy that the participants of the Tatar corpus have started to work more actively. I wish you all success!

We should introduce a new rule preventing children from becoming Tatoeba members, given the poor quality of many of their sentences. Perhaps setting a minimum age requirement would suffice.
You should have the right to prune user accounts owned by underage users. Please. If you don't implement this rule, the quality of your site will become worse.

that's a new one, i've seen probably thousands of english sentences and have yet to see anything of the sort
if anything here's a counterexample: DJ_Saidez was underage when his account was created, yet he's been an excellent contributor in my eyes
investigating a little i did notice someone translating into languages they didn't have listed as theirs, likely with a machine translator, but that's far from unique to underage users and should be judged on its own rights instead of discriminating by age
if you have examples that would prove me wrong then do let me know

Sounds like a personal experience thing. I don't think contribution quality has much to do with age in general. We've seen 16- and even 14-year-olds contributing nicely, and old supposedly mature people making daft sentences.

Do you have any specific examples? Unless this is really as common as you say, I'm not sure how useful this would be. You don't exactly need university-level language skills to make good contributions here, so this feels more prejudiced than practical.

Hello! There are reports on the Internet that in several parts of Europe and Asia there have recently been problems with access to some European sites. This also applies to this site. This entails a decrease in the number of visitors to the site. Although, using reliable vpn resources, such problems can be avoided. I wish everyone peace and goodness!

Hi, I had this issue too but now it seems to recover.

Yes, it seems that the problem has been solved. My friends from Eastern Europe and Western Asia wrote that now there are no problems with accessing the Internet.

Why does "б" look like "δ" in Macedonian [and Serbian]?

I'm currently writing on a Mac computer without Noto Sans being installed and what you said is not present on my browser.
Maybe you have got Noto Sans or you are on a Linux distro.

Sorry, but "б" looks like "δ" in Macedonian [and Serbian] ... on my CHROMEBOOK!

ChromeOS is an operating system built on top of the Linux kernel, though.

Käytän Linuksia (Debian 11). Kirjaimet viestissä näyttävät erilaisilta. Ehkä kyse on asennetuista fonteista enemmän kuin käyttöjärjestelmästä.

Looks like a spam post. I can't read Ukrainian, but the website is full of low-quality AI-generated art. (The mangled human faces that show up in AI art give me the creeps...)

Also the texts are (for the most part?) AI-generated, judging from their makeup. I agree, spam, should be deleted.

At least I'll be asleep by the time Tatoeba closes.

Tatoeba was updated today.
- New language Mandar added, thanks to @Rusydy who requested it. Tatoeba now supports 427 languages.
- Korean sentences are now easier to search, thanks to @LeviHighway who pointed out the problem.

May I add my conlang to Tatoeba?

Re: May I add my conlang to Tatoeba?
Please see. https://en.wiki.tatoeba.org/art...nguage-request
The short answer is that only major constructed languages meet the requirements.

separately from CK's answer, how many people do you think would learn your conlang just to contribute in it? you may find it more practical to keep your own "database" (say, in a text file or spreadsheet), using sentences from tatoeba as source material (or perhaps https://cofl.github.io/conlang/...est-cases.html which covers a lot of syntax)
