yup you just have to input the Japanese sentence, nothing else :)

they are automatically associated with a japanese sentence, it's actually nothing more than the transcription of the sentence to ease reading. The same thing occurs with some other languages (Mandarin Chinese, Shanghainese etc. )

pour le coup des métas informations, cela sera une méthode plus "propre" et plus générique que j'introduirai dans la nouvelle version, qui permettra de pouvoir les ajouter à la main lorsqu'une méthode automatique de génération n'est pas présente sur Tatoeba pour la langue en question, et pour les langues en possédant une, pouvoir les corriger.

Si le persan utilise alternativement l'alphabet latin, oui dès que quelqu'un m'en ferra la demande et m'expliquera /fournira une méthode pour le générer automatiquement, ou sinon dès la nouvelle version de tatoeba, qui facilitera en permettant l'ajout de champs supplémentaire en tant que "méta information", donc pour les phrases perses il sera tout à fait possible d'envisager un champ pour la version latinisée.

Neither the Wall nor comments are suitable place to warn me about someone's behaviour, except if you see a general point that would justify that this kind of message should be posted in public place, rather than on private messages (you still can put me and the user with whom you're facing problem, if you want him/her to know that you don't appreicate his/her behaviour)

Of course if it appears that one specific problem is actually a more generic problems and you're posting to have the opinion of the all community, feel free to post it on the wall, but only keeping the generic question and still sending the specific problem by private messages.

Anyway as said before, any message that I see as more suitable as private messages will be deleted and send back as private messages (if some people wonder why some message on the wall "disappear")

actually I run the script when I have time, as I'm doing it on my personnal laptop, which is during weekend, and it use the export

to elimitate the duplicates more quickly, no solution until the new version.

as I've said, for the moment as I wanted to quickly have the audio feature in Tatoeba, I coded it in a quick and dirty way, but in the future I will for sure permit several audio per sentences and information on accent etc. on these audios.

I think we will all be so subjugated by your voice that we will be voiceless and no one will complain :) (but that's not good because then if we're voiceless no one will no more record, not good for the business lol)

Because they have been recorded by a Brazilian, which is still Portuguese, though a regional variation, after I do agree this should be precised. Actually that's the reason why we really want people to use the shtooka recorder software when they record and also the reason why we don't permit simple upload of audio files. When you use the shtooka recorder, you have the possiblity to enter in your profile your linguistic region and so, which will be after put in the metadata of the audios recorded. So after we can in the future imagine to display those meta-information. This way know one will be surprise that the Chinese audio may have a little "southern accent", same for portuguese etc. (and yep in the best of all worlds, it would be great to have several audios from different region rather than just one)

for the interfance, I don't think a tag is necesseray, you can already access to them in two ways
