А я бы сказала:
Думаете, мне удастся
или
Вы думаете, что мне удастся
или
Вы думаете, мне удастся

В первом случае "думаете" - вводное слово, вроде "по-вашему".
"По-вашему, что мне удастся" мы ведь не скажем.

И вместо "попытаюсь" я бы предпочел "постараюсь".

Нет, ну местоимение можно и опустить, и "вы думаете" превращается в "думаете". Двусмысленность получается, правда, ввиду как раз-таки наличия качества вводного слова.
Если целью ставим выдать наиболее естественное предложение, я бы убрал "что". Если же нужно просто осмысленное предложение, можно оставить и так.
