ぼくだったらこんな風に訳すかもしれません。
Are you okay? Your face is red. Perhaps you have a fever.

とりあえず風邪と熱は別物でしょう。

Sorry, always mix up 風邪 and 熱. I don't talk about them at all in English so it's hard to remember in Japanese.

In fact, I think that I've only talked about colds in Japanese(not at all in English) for over a year. Apparently in Japan you can catch a cold by doing anything at all, as long as a woman warns you about it. ;-)

Yeah, I think 'Perhaps' is probably closest in this case. I need to get used to being unsatisfied with the word fit.
