I don't know what you guys call it. I thought the technical word is "linked". Whatever it is, those two sentences are not accurate translations of each other. #487294 uses această ("this" [feminine]), whereas #3647774 uses "that". "This" and "that" are not the same thing.

If you see the scissor-icon next to a translation, that means it is linked to the sentence on top of the list, either because someone added the sentence as a translation or someone (an advanced contributor) did the linking manually.
Linked sentences should be acceptable translations of each other.

Tatoeba also shows you translations of translations of the sentence on top.
These are not (directly) linked. There's an icon of an open chain next to such sentences. Indirect translations are not always accurate translations, as a matter of fact. You can switch off indirect translations in the advanced search, but in other views Tatoeba keeps showing them. Providing indirect translations is a core concept of Tatoeba. Maybe there should be an option to turn them off completely, I don't know.
