A Japanese translation was corrected according to the Japanese speaker's advice.
As a result, it came to want to present the translation of the expression that looked like a Japanese sentence.

ninpu-san(japanese) -> la .seltarb.

ninpu-san desu(japanese) -> me la .seltarb.

anatawa ninpu-san desu.(japanese) -> do me la .seltarb.

anatawa ninpu-san desuka?(japanese) -> xu do me la .seltarb.

Ninpu-san = Ms.Pregnant Woman (literal translation)

I don't know Japanese, so I don't how how natural that is, but all I can say is that it makes kind of strange Lojban...

Lojban of these sentences might certainly be a little strange.
To express the difference of the following each Japanese, these sentences were made.

ninshin-suru -> seltarbi
ninshin-site-iru -> ca'o seltabi
ninshin-site-imasu-ka? ->xu ca'o seltabi
ninpu -> lo seltarbi
ninpu-san -> la .seltarb.

Because I can speak only a little, the comment on English might be wrong.

In Japanese, it's not uncommon to address to someone by means of emphasised association with a set token rather than direct predicative description, and the honorific "-san" can serve as a marker for such a token. While the difference may not come out in English syntactically --

NOUN1 wa NOUN2 da (NOUN1 [topic] NOUN2 [verb])
NOUN1 is NOUN2

NOUN1 wa NOUN2-san da (NOUN1 [topic] NOUN2-[honorific] [verb])
NOUN1 is NOUN2

-- they are semantically distinguishable with respect to how NOUN2 is given a status different to a pure common noun as understood in English, by the honorific. As arihato pointed out, "-san" is analogous to "Mr/Ms", but note that the stem in this case is a common noun, not a proper noun as would usually be expected from the English viewpoint. "ninpu-san" is more token-ish than "ninpu". It could be superficially simulated in English as "Ms. Pregnant Woman" (BTW there is a famous YouTuber called "Mr. Pregnant"), but the referent would then be a definite singular person, whereas "ninpu-san" retains the indefinite referential scope of "ninpu" as a common noun that it originally is.

One likely situation I can think of in which this peculiar expression is used (at least in Japan) is at a hospital where "pregnant woman" is an established category of reception/medication/etc.; nurses would likely speak to patients of this category by "(Are you OF Ms. Pregnant Woman)?" rather than "(Are you pregnant)?" or "(Are you a pregnant woman)?"

It's possible in Japanese to ask a woman if she is pregnant in a more straightforward manner --

anata wa ninshin-shite-imasuka?

-- for which {xu do seltarbi} would be more accurate than the {me} option. But this wasn't the sentence arihato was trying to translate.

Under the cmevla-as-selbri proposal, "me la .seltarb." can be shortened to just ".seltarb." with no semantic change.

ちなみに私がロジバンを習得したいと思う一番の理由は
英語を母語とする人と英語で意思疎通をはかる
という日本語を母語とする私にとっては非常に不利で苦痛な状況に陥らずに海外に住む方とも交流を図れる可能性があるからです。
つまり、これではヤブヘビですね(苦笑)。
