I think you should write: Did you use to live here?.

As CK said before, Both of them correct:
Did you used to.....? or
Did you use to......?

Not anymore. because English is spoken by very various groups in the world, that most natives have never heard or read in their life.
One's "rules" sound "wrong" to another one.
