More to the point, signs have the luxury of using line breaks and font size to indicate where the natural breaks are.
It seems you should put an exclamation mark at the end.

While I'm not sure that I agree that non-sentences like this should be part of this corpus, TRANG has stated that she is OK with having text from signs here. This is likely the way a sign would be written, though perhaps not all on one line.
I have removed the @change tag.
Personally, I think we should follow the title "Tatoeba: Collection of sentences and translations".
Google Images show that the exclamation mark is often omitted, too.
