If I'm not mistaken, your Turkish sentence means:
"With whom are you speaking?" or "Who are you speaking to?"
while the original English variant reads:
Whom are you speaking of?

Well, unfortunately, I already translated your previous sentence into several other variants in a few languages, which means that I'm going to delete them now, as they are no longer valid... :)
Well, I do read (and write, and sometimes even speak) Turkish, but it's rather poor. I'm learning and making progress while reading the Turkish variants of the colleagues in Tatoeba (and am enjoying very much yours).
