@boracasli the fact is you have the english translation in the "term of use" section that you have checked as "I agree with them" , so you're supposed to understand the licence as it's required by the term of use.
So you can't agree with something you don't understand. So you're not supposed to have an account if you can't understand the term of use. (and as I've said, they are translated in at least english on tatoeba)
