I would like to know if in chinese "旅行“ imply it's a touristic travel, or a "undefined purpose" travel (can we use it for any kind of travel ?)

“旅行”most of the time, it means touristic travel,if you travel for business purpose, then you can use "出差"，“出差”and "旅行"are used for different purposes.
ok so I've added both as possible translation of the French sentence (as the French one doesn't precise the reason why you're travelling, and can be used in both situtation)
