Yo creo que depende de las circunstancias, yo diría "ser un angloparlante es una espada de doble filo" si estoy hablando de mi situación personal, y "ser angloparlante" si estoy hablando de un rasgo general, y esta frase puede ser considerada de las dos maneras.

son visibles para todos, pero no por eso se tienen que dejar los comentarios en inglés :P de hecho, yo recomendaría dejar el comentario en la misma lengua que la frase que se quiere comentar.
