あ、すみません、片想いというのは語弊がありました。
向こうが愛してくれていないという意味ではなく、向こうが愛してくれているかどうかは問わないという意味です。

両思いで付き合っていれば「好きな人」ではなく「彼氏」「彼女」などと言うでしょう。

「好きな人いる？」は、恋人がいないことが分かっている人に、気になっている人がいるかどうかを聞くのに使う文だと思います。

I have the feeling "Do you have your eye on someone (right now)?" or the British "Is there anyone you fancy (at the moment)?" might be a good option in English.
