Thanks, CK.
This chart is not very accurate since it doesn't represent real activity of members but just its final result. Still I hope it can be interesting. :-)

I thought I was cautious but still you valiantly managed to reveal my shameless propaganda... Woe is me!
Joking aside, sometimes a sorting order is just a sorting order...

** "Show sentence #" feature on home page **

It would be nice to have a possibility to search for sentences by their number right from the home page.

Updated

The logic was slightly modified so this chart shows the number of sentences in each language that have been translated into the other languages now.

Me, too.

It wasn't fixed, unfortunately. Additionally, I found the same problem with "wall reply" notifications.
In your case, Gmail web-mail client seems to recognise the link by its appearance and "activates" it. Regular mail clients doesn't make any assumptions displaying messages in HTML format. This is how my mail client (Seamonkey) displays notification messages:

It looks like we also have a re-styled "comment on sentence" e-mail notification messages in HTML format now. Unfortunately, link at the bottom of the message is non-functional due to the absence of <a> tag.

> It may seem like a "stamp of approval" on the quality of both sentences

and it really does especially when the linking was made by someone known to be proficient in both languages. I think it's better to leave less natural sentences alone and avoid linking them at all.

> Please do not mix the issues of Transliterations and Transcriptions (whether or not it phonetic ones)

Of course these are separate things and they are to be dealt with separately. I just want to say that for different languages different issues arise and while for one language learners want to see a transliteration, they would prefer seeing transcription or other info for another. Some time ago, if my memory doesn't fail me, there were discussions about possibility of adding various metadata to sentences. I wonder if there are any plans to implement this feature one day.
