The grammar here is technically fine, but it doesn't sound quite natural. This would be better: The group box "Image Layout" shows different options for displaying the image in the picture box.

Not grammatical. Possible rewrite: "There are four layouts to choose from."
<With Center, your image will be centered to the picture box.>
Close! The "to" needs to be changed to "in."
<With Auto size, your image will be auto sized, With Stretch, your image will be resized as the size of picture box and with Auto zoom, your image is zoomed for picture box.>
- The second "With" should not be capitalized.
- "...resized as the size of the picture box" should be "resized to the size of the picture box"
- The last phrase (about auto zooming) is ungrammatical...I'm not sure how to reword it because I can't figure out what it means.
