Languages: Hebrew (mother tongue), English, Esperanto, Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Yiddish, Russian, some Polish, some Latin.
I also learned several other languages (Italian, Turkish, Persian, Hungarian and more), but at the moment I'm still working on them.
Languages of habitual use: Hebrew, English, Esperanto.
My use of Russian and Polish is usually passive (I do speak Russian, to a certain degree).
I've translated several books from Hebrew into English, and also some books from English into Hebrew. I also translated a book from Polish into Hebrew. Apart from that, from time to time I translate documents from Arabic into English or Hebrew.
Esperantist for many years, I've participated in various international congresses, have written for international periodicals in Esperanto, and from time to time I teach Esperanto in my home country. I have also chaired our national Esperanto organizations.
