Je n'en peux plus de marcher = je suis épuisé, ça m'éneve, je veux rentrer à la maison

Je ne peux pas marcher plus = je suis trop fatigué, un pas de plus et je tombe.

Je ne peux pas plus marcher. pareil mais je ne sais pas, ça ne sonne pas bien.
