I think that 頭がモヤモヤ means more "I'm feeling hazy/confused/dizzy"

@CK モヤモヤ has many meanings and I don't really feel like looking this up. This is the first result that I get:

I agree.

When I say "もやもやする" such as もやもやした気持ち, it just means "I feel confused or frustrated". However, people often use "頭がもやもやする" for physical state.

I've never used 鬱々しい気分. :P

I would say 気分が落ち込んでいる、へこんでいる、気が滅入る for "I'm depressed". :)
