Hola alexmarcelo, me olvidé de poner la etiqueta "Spanish from Spain" porque esa es una expresión típica española.

La expresión "liarla" significa "armar un lío", "meterse en un lío", "causar problemas, altercados, jaleos etc." o "ponerse en una situación comprometida".
Para darle más énfasis, decimos "liarla muy gorda" o "liarla parda".
"La he liado parda." = "Me he metido en un buen lio."

En este caso, "Esta noche vamos a liarla parda." significa más bien "Esta noche vamos a pegarnos una buena fiesta."
