Porque Donde esta mal? no pueden decirse los dos casos?

Porque es despedir un amigo y no saludar o recibir un amigo.

See off es despedirse?

Si me confirmas que la frase francesa dice lo mismo que la española la linko con la española.

Vale, acabo de consultarlo y tienes razón, la forma "a dónde" es más común (porque indica movimiento), pero "dónde" también es correcto. Aun así, tienes que ponerle la tilde en la o.

Tanto la frase inglesa como la francesa significan "ir a despedir a un amigo".
