Non. C'est du français standard : je mange à la cantine, au boulot, au café, au restaurant, à la maison, à la campagne...

C'est sans doute parce qu'on utilise plus couramment le "à" devant des articles définis que devant un démonstratif ou un article indéfini que j'ai réagi.
En effet, tous les exemples que vous donnez utilisent l'article défini (contracté ou non).
Je dis effectivement "je mange au restaurant", mais j'aurais plutôt tendance à dire "je mange dans ce restaurant" ou "je mange dans un restaurant", au lieu de "je mange à ce restaurant" ou "je mange à un restaurant". Mais je reconnais que votre raisonnement se tient.
