『スーパーアンカー和英辞典』は単に a pork cutlet というのを載せています。長々と説明しても結局実際に見て食べないと分からないわけですから、これくらいでいいのかもしれません。

豚カツについてくるキャベツが千切りだというのは日本人にとっては自明なのですが、英語だと shredded と補わないと別の絵が思い浮かんだりしませんか？
