you all と取るのが一番自然ではないかと思います。

I was thinking about someone maybe meeting his classmates at a class reunion 10 years later. So, that would be "them all".

この例文は、以前所属していたサークルのメーリスで流れてきた文を少しいじったものです。ですからこの場合「みんな」は文章が宛てられている人たち全員だったのです。
them all と言うような場合にもこのような言い方をするかどうか、ちょっと自信がありません。感覚でしか語れないのですが、「楽しみにしています」という言い方は、会う相手に直接語りかけている感じがするのです。them all じゃだめだとは言い切れないと思いますが……。

Yeah, I wish I could explain them all clearly, but it's difficult even (or maybe especially) for a native speaker.
