By my understanding of the verb 'çıkmak', it should be only:
"Tom came out of the room." (lit. "Tom emanated from the room.")

Need a native to confirm.

düz çeviri yapalım.

come out of= den dışarı gelmek
go out of = den dışarı gitmek
walk out of= den dışarı yürümek

üçü de biraz tuhaf ve asla "çıkmak" sözcüğünün yerini tutamıyor.

deyta, so should one or two of the English sentences be unlinked?

When using "çıkmak", does it matter, if the speaker (who watches Tom) is inside or outside the room?

In my opinion, it's obvious that he walks out of the room on his feet, so we need not explicitely say yürümek

Tom walked out of the room.
bence yukarıdaki cümlenin üç çevirisi olabilir.

Tom odadan çıktı.
Tom odadan dışarı çıktı.
Tom odadan yürüyerek çıktı.

"yürüyerek" demek çoğu zaman gereksiz.
ama bazen o da kullanılabilir.

walk= yürümek, yürüyerek gitmek

I believe that all three English sentences match the Turkish.
