Etrafta başka bir yol yok mu?
means:
Isn't there another way around?
An example scenario for "Isn't it the other way around?" might be:
John: How do you make a cake?
Mary: First, beat the flour in a bowl, then add the eggs. Next, add the sugar followed by the butter.
John: Isn't it the other way around?

I still think "Başka bir yolu yok mu?" is not correct. It just means:
"Isn't there another way?"
The original sentence is:
"Isn't it the other way around?"
See my example scenario. Mary should have said, "butter...sugar...eggs...flour...." Instead she said, "flour...eggs...sugar...butter...."
