I'm not sure, but this can't be considered as a sentence in Indonesian, therefore no need to put a full stop.

Why do you think it's not a sentence? Would it sound unnatural if you just say "Dingin."?

No. İt's very natural..
But İ have discussed this with my teacher and İ've made a mistake to not put a full stop.
