hi,
"Se non avessi già mangiato mi piacerebbe molto pranzare con te." is no correct.
The correct form is: Se non avessi già mangiato mi sarebbe piaciuto molto pranzare con te.
So probably ( I am no native) in english: If I hadn't already eaten, I would have loved having lunch with you.

Both versions are acceptable in English, in my opinion - I speak Australian/British English:
ie. "...I would love to have had lunch..." and "I would have loved having lunch..." are OK.
My preference would be " ... I would love to have had lunch..."

thank you
