Veo que se recomienda escribir "mucho de que hablar", sin tilde en el que. ¿Es diferente con «nada»?

He visto que se puede escribir "que" y "qué". Deberían reunirse los académicos de todos los países hispanohablantes, porque hay muchas palabras que pueden ir con tilde o sin tilde, hay palabras como kiosko, que se pueden escribir de muchas maneras, hay otras palabras que según el país cambian la tilde de lugar, etc...
