No problem shanghainese. To "intimate" means to "hint at something" and "all is not well" is a pretty common phrase. Please don't hesitate to question any of my contributions because I'm far from perfect!

It normally means that there is some significant problem. The phrase is somewhat literary though and should be used sparingly.
