"what'er" isn't an english word. There are times where some people will sound like they are saying "what'er", but it isn't a word.

If you have an issue with the word choice of a specific sentence, you should leave a comment under that sentence instead of one of the translations, otherwise the author won't be notified.

In any case, there's no linked English sentence with "what'er". Do you mean "what're"? Isn't that just a contraction?
