“放假就是在浪費時間” 是否更加妥當？

「放假就是在浪費時間」也許會比較通順，但是卻完全漏譯了「workaholics」。英文原句其實可以有「只有工作狂才會把放假當成浪費時間」的意思，如果譯作「放假就是在浪費時間」，就變成「我覺得放假是在浪費時間」，或者「所有人都應該把放假當成浪費時間」，和英文句子的原意完全不同。

我的意思是把后半句改成“放假就是在浪费时间”
因为我觉得后半句 “**是**的方法”觉得非常生硬。
