"把我冷到骨子裡去了"有点怪，是不是用"吹到我骨子里去了"更顺口一点？^^

我不認為。
我認為cut這個字就是要表現風如刀割的感覺,並不只有冷。所以我還是用吹來表現風的動態。既然有"春風吹到心坎兒裡"的講法，所以這應該也可用。
