You forgot to translate "of the castle" (城堡) and 最好的宝贝 is not the most idiomatic way to express "greatest treasure". How about 宝中之宝? The short dash would usually be —— instead (two dashes as wide as a single character each) and for the book title I'd take inspiration from other famous Books of X like 易经 or 道德经 and translate it as 真理经.

All in all, my suggested translation is as follows:

在城堡最秘密的密室里有全球宝中之宝——《真理经》。
