Think about it maybe as text written on screen by a computer currently in the process of shutting down, letting the user know what what it does.

Well, it is used all over the IT field, but I'm not positive whether it is a proper English sentence though.
In my native language, Hungarian, I'm quite sure it's a grammatical sentence.
And I'm even more sure that Lojban is approve of such bridi (~= sentence).
