Que signifie précisément cette phrase? La tournure en français est imprécise. J'aurais tendance à comprendre qu'il y a précisément (et seulement) deux gobelins qui détestent l'ensemble des sorciers.
Si c'est le cas, une formule telle que "Il y a seulement deux gobelins qui détestent..."

J'ai traduit précisément ce qui est écrit en anglais, qui connaît strictement les mêmes formes, en l'occurrence.
Il s'agit ici d'un exercice de traduction d'assertions logiques, si je comprends bien.

la phrase que vous suggérez traduirait, elle, la phrase anglaise suivante :
There are only 2 gobelins that hate...
