j'ai l'impression que le mot "de" après "c'est" est de trop :
tout ce que vous avez à faire, c'est signer ce papier.

Si on tourne la phrase dans l'autre sens :
"Signer ce papier, c'est tout ce que vous avez à faire"
et non
"De signer ce papier, c'est tout ce que vous avez à faire"

je me trompe peut-être
