Um sicher zu sein, dass es ein Ehemann ist, würde ich "Ehemann" sagen (marito/husband). Außer man setzt ein Possessivpronomen dazu ("ihr Mann"), wodurch klar wird, dass es nicht irgendein Mann ist. Das wäre vorzuziehen, denke ich. Aber dann ist die Frage, ob es zu den anderen Sätzen total dazupasst.

Also: Ich weiß nicht, wann ihr Mann/der Ehemann angerufen hat.
