Viele der Sätze passen nicht stilistisch. Das heißt, die Übersetzungen sind in Ordnung aber auf den Satz einen Blick werfend wird definiert:
"In der Zukunft" ist hier ganz unnötig, weil ich in der Vergangenheit kann nicht Arzt werden;
"Ich hoffe" ist auch ein Blödsinn. D.h., ich kann etwas hoffen, wenn das von mir unabhängig ist.
Um Arzt zu werden kostet viel geistliche Anstrengung und naturgemäß viel Geld.

Sie haben Recht. Aber wenn man solches unbenötigtes Wort auslasst, kommt oft eine Reaktion von Jemandem. (Deutsch ist nicht meine Muttersprache... wie sie vielleicht sehen)

Vi pravas. Sed kiam oni ellasas tian nenecesan vorton, ofte venas reago de iu.
Eble iom pli bonstila frazo estus: "Mi esperas iam iĝi dentisto".
